• Using any automated system, including scrapers, spiders, or bots, to extract data from the Platform without our prior written authorization.
• Using the platform to distribute unsolicited advertisements, spam, commercial solicitations, or malicious code.
• Charging applicants or opportunity seekers any processing, placement, or hiring fees to apply for roles posted on our platform.

4. Specific Terms for Job Seekers

• No Placement Guarantee: While we aim to match you with top-tier opportunities, Dir Jobs does not guarantee employment, interviews, or scholarship awards.
• Application Content: You retain sole responsibility for the honesty, accuracy, and legality of any materials (resumes, cover letters, certifications) you submit to employers or organizations.

5. Specific Terms for Employers and Opportunity Providers

• Compliance with Laws: Employers must ensure all posted jobs, internships, and scholarships comply fully with the labor laws of Ethiopia (including Ethiopian Labor Proclamation requirements) or the relevant international legal frameworks where the opportunity resides.
• Listing Revocation: We reserve the absolute right to remove any opportunity listing, without liability or prior warning, if we deem it deceptive, predatory, discriminatory, or in violation of our platform guidelines.

6. Third-Party Links

Our platform contains links to external websites, such as corporate application channels, institutional portals, or university scholarship frameworks. Dir Jobs does not endorse, maintain, or evaluate these external parties. Accessing third-party channels remains entirely at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Dir Jobs shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. This includes, without limitation, loss of business profits, missed career opportunities, system downtime, or data corruption arising from your use or inability to use the platform.

All services, job matching mechanisms, and vacancy listings are delivered on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without representations or warranties of any kind.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account access immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms and Conditions or engage in fraudulent activities that threaten the safety of our user community.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.
